The November Stats for the Comox Valley and Campbell River point to a strong finish for 2014.  The positive news for the Valley is a dramatic increase in lot sales.  For the year, the dollar volume is up 61% to 10 Million.  The sale of improved and unimproved acreage properties is also up; 14% and 19% respectively.  The big story in Campbell River is a dramatic increase in the dollar volume of single family house sales; up 58% in November, and 21% over the past 12 months.
