Kutyn property appraisals

Last Friday we hosted an informal presentation by Dr Michael Walker, the founder of the Fraser Institute.  Dr Walker has stepped down from the Institute, but retains a keen interest in economics.  At the presentation, he outlined his recent research on the low interest rate regime.  There is a strong correlation between demographics and interest rates.  His “conjecture” is that low interest rates are the new normal.  His analysis and research point to the strong possibility of lower rates in the future.
