Nov 15 prices graph

As demonstrated by the graph above, the dollar value of the average single family home in the Comox Valley has increased by 2 percent over 2015.  The majority of that increase has taken place since mid June. With available housing inventory low, demand will likely continue to place  upward pressure on pricing in the Comox Valley.

CR prices

As demonstrated by the Campbell River graph above, the dollar value of the average single family dwelling has steadily increased by 5% over 2015.  This increase has been consistent from the beginning of the year.
