Market Minute

The Price is Right……well it better be if you want to sell.

For both the Comox Valley and Campbell River, the single family statistics point to higher inventories and longer days to sell. The year to date statistics indicate lower sales volumes, but again average prices are up!  In effect, the market is in good shape, BUT properties must be well priced or they will not sell.
