Kutyn Property Services Ltd is a full service appraisal company, operating from a professional office environment in downtown Comox. We offer prompt service to the Comox Valley, Campbell River and the other centres on the northern half of Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands.
Over the years, a comprehensive list of clients has been developed including the local, provincial and federal governments. We act for most chartered banks and credit unions, and some of the largest land owners on Vancouver Island. Recently, we were part of a team commissioned by VIHA to identify a site for a new general hospital. We have acted for numerous independant businesses, insurance companies, community groups and local First Nations.
With our qualifications and broad range of experience, we are able to complete assignments for lending, legal and assessment appeal purposes. We have worked closely with the insurance industry to develop a report to provide replacement cost analysis on single family residential properties, condominiums and commercial buildings.
Our aim is to provide reliable and comprehensive reports in a time and cost effective matter.
