Christopher Kutyn
Chris has the professional qualifications and background as a real estate appraiser. Like Glenn he has acted for some of the largest land owners on Vancouver Island on a wide range of assignments. He has also acted for all levels of Governments and a number of First Nations Bands.
Land economics are a key component to economic development. Chris has worked directly in economic development. He is keen to be part of a team which will achieve this, to realize the social and other benefits which flow.

Glenn has an impressive client list because he has delivered on a wide range of planning, project management and development assignments. Glenn was born and raised on Vancouver Island and has been building business relationships for over 40 years. Glenn's thorough understanding of the planning and development process, together with his balanced approach produces results.
Issues associated with land use are becoming more and more complex. Glenn understands the process as well as anyone on the Island.
Kenna grew up in Campbell River and has moved back to raise her family. She has strong ties to the First Nations community and is an adopted member of the Henderson Family.
Kenna brings with her years of experience in the Real Estate and marketing industries. She is active with her church and has been volunterring in her community in many ways. We are pleased to have her as part of the Kutyn Group !
