Christopher M. Kutyn BA, MRICS, AACI
Chris started his career in real estate with a national firm of Chartered Surveyors, selling thatched cottages in Dorset, England. Before returning to Canada, he worked with English Estates managing and developing small business parks to promote economic development in four rural counties. Chris remains a member in good standing with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and he also hold the AACI designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
Since 1998, a strong client base of private, corporate and Government clients has been established. Chris is a committed family man who remains very active in the community.
Michael Mayhew B Comm, AACI
Mike is a retired Canadian Forces Search and Rescue Helicopter Pilot. His military service took him to all corners of Canada, the USA, and Europe. With an Honours degree in Commerce, a second career as an Appraiser was a natural extension. Mike has been a member of the Kutyn Property Services team since February 2006 and holds the AACI designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
James Bearman, B Admin
Jim Bearman has been with Kutyn Property Services Ltd. since 2006. Prior to this, Jim worked in the finance department of Saskatchewan Government Insurance. Jim graduated from the University of Regina in 1991 with a business degree and is currently completing his CRA designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada and the University of British Columbia.
Jim brings a unique perspective on the Comox Valley having grown up here. He is passionate about swing dancing and loves to share his adventures with all of us!
